Overview
These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using primsale.com and buying from PrimSale. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or complete a purchase.
Products and condition
PrimSale sells liquidation, resale, open-box, used, and closeout consumer electronics and related items. Product condition, included accessories, quantity, and photos are shown on each listing to the best of our ability. Because many items are resale or liquidation items, packaging, cosmetic condition, accessories, and manufacturer warranty coverage may vary by item.
Orders and payment
Orders placed through primsale.com are processed through Stripe Checkout. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Sales tax, when required, is calculated at checkout based on the shipping address. An order is not accepted until payment is completed and PrimSale confirms the order.
Shipping
PrimSale currently ships within the United States. Shipping time estimates are not guarantees, but we work to ship promptly after payment clears. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Returns and refunds
Returns are handled according to the Returns and Shipping Policy posted on this site. Returned items must be in the same condition received, with the same serial number and included accessories. Refunds may be reduced or denied if an item is returned damaged, incomplete, altered, or different from the item shipped.
Accounts
You may create an account to view order history, save items, send messages, or use other site features. You are responsible for keeping your account login information secure and for activity under your account.
Accuracy and availability
We try to keep listings, prices, and inventory accurate. Errors can happen, especially because items may also be listed on other marketplaces. PrimSale may correct errors, cancel orders, or refund payments when an item is unavailable, mispriced, or incorrectly listed.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrimSale is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to site use, product purchase, shipping delays, or third-party services.
