Shipping and Returns

PrimSale ships inspected products from San Diego, California. If something arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us quickly so we can make it right.
Shipping area
We currently ship within the United States. Orders are shipped to the address entered during checkout. Please review your shipping address before payment, because address changes may not be possible after an order is placed.
Processing and tracking
Most orders are prepared promptly after payment clears. Tracking information will be emailed when available and may also appear in your PrimSale account order history. Carrier scans can take time to appear after a label is created.
Condition and inspection
Items are inspected before listing and again before shipping when practical. Many items are resale, open-box, liquidation, or used items, so please review photos, descriptions, condition notes, and included accessories before purchasing.
Return window
Unless a listing says otherwise, return requests should be started within 30 days of delivery. To start a return, email info@primsale.com with your order email, item name, and reason for the return.
Return condition
- Returned items must match the serial number and condition of the item shipped.
- All included accessories, parts, manuals, packaging, and bundled items must be returned when applicable.
- Items damaged, altered, disassembled, swapped, or missing parts may be refused or refunded at a reduced amount.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from the listing, contact us as soon as possible. Keep the item, packaging, and shipping materials until the issue is resolved, because photos or carrier inspection may be needed.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post the refund after it is submitted.
